A 5,000-square-foot booth brought to life through interactive content, motion, and live presentations.

Stand out. Give sales a better tool.
At OTC, the challenge was to stand out in a crowded oil and gas marketplace. A 60-foot interactive experience offered a different way to present the product portfolio—with the goals of reducing equipment shipping, helping sales find relevant content quickly, and creating a system that could scale to other events.
Lead the team. Own the experience.
As Digital Publishing Manager, I led two junior designers and helped the CMO select hardware with built-in software we could customize without a developer. My team customized the experience, prepared sales-enablement content, and ensured the system worked on site.
01
Make content personal
Salespeople could tap a customized business card on the screen to open a curated selection of collateral, narrowing a large product portfolio to the information they needed.
02
Design for a busy booth
Multiple people could use the software at once, supporting conversations across a busy space without relying on a single presenter.
03
Build for the next event
The experience was designed to scale from the full wall to smaller configurations of one to four screens, making the content reusable beyond OTC.

A tap-to-open experience gave salespeople a focused selection of product collateral.

Digital content extended across the entire 5,000 sq ft booth.

Jiveworld
One event. A cohesive brand experience.
JiveWorld brought customers together around the product and its latest updates. As lead designer, I partnered with the head of events and stakeholders across the company—including the CEO—to carry a consistent creative direction from promotion to the mainstage and throughout the venue.

A shared creative direction connected the mainstage, keynote, and wider conference environment.
Lead across every touchpoint.
I worked directly with the CEO on the keynote and partnered with an audiovisual agency to ensure production deliverables were accurate. The event style guide gave the in-house team and external partners a common foundation.

The event identity carried through registration & wayfinding graphics.

Executive presentations and promotional materials used the same design language.
Digital experiences
Set the direction. Deliver across channels.
Event creative needs to work as a system—from the first invitation to the opening keynote. Across Intapp and Aurea, I owned creative decisions and brought a consistent event identity to presentations, promotional content, and the audience experience.
INTAPP CONNECT · 2020
Lead the team. Connect the content.
As design team manager, I owned creative decisions for the digital event. The work connected theme design, CEO and founder keynotes, microsite graphics, streaming-platform theming, email, and social promotion.

A consistent identity connected promotion, the digital platform, and keynote content.
AUREA EXPERIENCE · 2018
Own the creative. Carry it through.
As lead and sole designer, I owned the creative direction and execution. An event-specific style guide connected the CEO keynote, mainstage audiovisual content, microsite, promotional materials, and signage.

A shared system carried across stage content, promotion, & supporting materials.
Experiential design
Make the brand part of the place.
Envoy’s exterior headquarters sign needed to catch attention, express the brand, and feel as playful as city rules would allow. I led design and art direction from concept through completion, working with Arrow Sign Company to bring the idea into the built environment.

A distinctive exterior sign brought Envoy’s personality into its San Francisco headquarters.
Balance expression with execution.
I adapted the scope to city permit guidelines, oversaw material selection, and approved elevation drawings throughout production—keeping the brand intent connected to what could be fabricated and installed.
The common thread
Build the system. Be ready for the moment.
These projects reflect how I work as an in-house creative leader: connect the brand with the audience, create designs that can scale and repeat, and stay close to production so the work is ready when the doors open.
