The launch challenge

Expand the brand. Keep the connection.

Building on CBTS’s “AI at Scale” initiative, Forge Agents introduced custom-built AI agents that take on workflows requiring manual effort. The launch needed to connect enterprise leaders with a clear story about guidance, security, and business value.

I developed and pitched three strategic directions to the broader marketing team, then refined the selected concept into launch assets. CBTS supplied the brand book, previous campaign examples, and messaging; the team provided final copy after the creative direction was approved.

Explore the possibilities

Three ways into the same story.

Each concept kept the customer at the center. I explored a range, from a close fit with the brand to a broader stretch, while keeping CBTS’s bright teal as a recognizable anchor.

Turn complex data into actionable security insights, framing the agent as an AI engine that helps leaders understand information and demonstrate value.

The guided ascent

Use the metaphor of a climb to position the customer as an ambitious leader, supported by AI guidance, a security framework, and a clear path forward.

The protective ring

Show an adaptive layer of defense around the customer, an advisory presence built around trust, precision, and continuous support.

DEVELOPED FOR A SECOND CAMPAIGN

The selected direction

Build on the momentum.

The guided ascent was selected because it connected the earlier Forge AI campaign with the new Forge Agents launch. The challenge was to introduce something fresh while retaining the brand’s established character.

Human ambition

Cinematic climbing imagery puts the customer in the lead, with gray-blue grading to support an enterprise technology feel.

AI as a guide

A geometric path or staircase in electric CBTS teal brings a recognizable AI layer into the landscape.

Progress made visible

Clean telemetry-style callouts connect the ascent to the campaign’s story of elevation and business value.

The process

Explore faster. Stay deliberate.

I used Gemini for research and proposal development, ChatGPT for quick mockups and image editing, and Figma Make to support work in the design file. The concepts, selection, and refinement remained led by my own creative judgment.

AI helped me visualize ideas quickly, including 3D-style forms without opening 3D software. When an output missed the intention, I refined the prompt or made edits in Adobe tools to give clearer direction. Final photography used licensed Getty imagery, with directed color edits supported by ChatGPT.

From identity to execution

A launch toolkit the team could use.

I translated the selected concept into website imagery, social assets, and email banners. Scalable Figma templates, concise visual guidelines, and an image-editing prompt guide supported consistent execution beyond the initial launch.

Handoff included the editable Figma source, scalable templates, launch image files, a proposal document, concise guidelines, and an AI prompt guide for future image editing.

What this work reflects

One brief. More room to grow.

The protective ring concept was not selected for Forge Agents, but CBTS chose it for a separate cybersecurity campaign. I handed over the theme files so the team could develop that direction further.

The engagement also led to another project with a different CBTS stakeholder. This work reflects how I join a new team: learn the brand quickly, give stakeholders clear creative choices, and deliver a system they can keep using.
